Hello Michael,

My name is Alida Flannery and I am relocating from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale next week for work. I was lucky enough to travel down to Florida a few weeks ago to go apartment hunting before I do the big move. I met Rich over the internet when I emailed him about a listing that he had posted on CraigsList. Not only was he incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry, but he was also extremely helpful and completely willing to answer all of my questions (trust me I had a TON!)

Rich really took the time to understand my preferences and gave me honest feedback on all of the properties that I was interested in. He paid close attention to the details and was always available as a sounding board. Not being from the area, I was very hesitant going into this blind. During the entire process Rich made me feel at ease and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and comfortable with my decisions.

Before I arrived in Fort Lauderdale, Rich had taken the time to pull together a specs table with all of the properties that I was interested in, their features and travel distance to my office in Plantation. During our property visits Rich was excellent at pointing out the positives (and at times negatives) of the space. Things that I might never have noticed he would bring to my attention - which was fantastic.

In the end I fell in love with a new property that Rich knew was perfect for me and he was right! I move in on the 4th of September and couldn't be happier. I truly believe that my experience was enhanced by Rich's knowledge of the industry and dedication to customer service. Not only is he extremely personable but he is also a real professional - a combination that is difficult to find these days. I will without a doubt recommend both Plum Pads and Rich to anyone and everyone I meet during my time in Florida.
