To whom it may concern: Josh and his associates from Plum Pad Rentals were very knowledgeable and understood of what I was seeking to rent in the Downtown Miami area. They were flexible with their schedule and worked even Sunday's, which is difficult to find & which made it easy for me to work with this company first hand. They knew the area very well and were knowledgeable with the specifics of all the Hi-Rise condos we visited. They even told me which one's not to rent which is very rare to get when your working with realtors as everything seems to be perfect to get that deal closed and that wasn't the case with them. They allowed me to be very specific in what I was seeking and worked around my interest and price range.

It is very difficult sometimes to work with realtors but Plum Pads made it easy, comfortable and was always in my corner when it came to negotiating and crunching the numbers.
