First we pre-screen the prospect prior to showing the rental property. After showing we obtain a detailed application so that we can do a credit check, credit score, verify rental references, do a criminal background check, and verify employment. Then we utilize our extensive experience to determine if this is the right candidate and recommend approval or denial to rent the property.
